Intelligence, one thing the Ukrainians have a lot of, (even from Soviet times, they were leaders).

Their intelligence apparatus is second to none from what I can see.

And when you add US Intelligence, Satellites and so on, the Ukrainian military are in the box seat and clearly way ahead of the Ruzzians.

NATO and Western intelligence doctrines, and western and NATO war doctrine is clearly very superior to Ruzzian, which is great to see. It means the west and NATO have nothing to fear from the Ruzzians. Any direct conflict will result in the total destruction of their military in mere days.

NATO has moved on from static artillery positions. They still have them, but it's clear that isn't a focus for NATO compared to highly mobile mechanized infantry using things like Humvees, MRAP and Bushmasters or their equivalents. Ukraine is fighting in accordance with NATO standards with some old Soviet doctrine thrown in.

I feel very comforted that NATO have the best practices, logistics and command/communication structures on the planet and the best intelligence infrastructure. This is good for Europe and the EU. It just goes to show we have our shit together and Ruzzia is no match.

This is how wars are won.

No NATO or western troops have been deployed so our military apparatus has little to do with Ukraine's military wins. Ukraine is doing the heavy lifting.

They are an inspiration to the world. Their accomplishments have never been seen before by any country since WW2.

Supplying them with weapons and intelligence is EASY. Fighting the war is hard. And boy, they are fighting alright and kicking some ass.

If the west is able to dictate terms from the safety of their operations rooms in the west, you would be totally screwed if there was direct conflict with the west and NATO dude.

If you transplant the RAAF into Ukraine, and a couple of our Submarines and AWD, our SAS and infantry, the Black Sea Fleet will be upgraded to Submarines, and Ruzzian Forces would be destroyed in under 1 week.
