Surely it is cheaper to let them in and let them work to pay their way and pay taxes too just like this good Doctor.
Lunatics have certainly taken over the asylum. Send in the men with white coats FFS.

It's not about the cost because if the UK did what you suggest it will only encourage more illegal migration and human trafficking.
It's about eliminating the problem. If you want to eliminate the problem like Australia did, then you have to maintain a punishing hard line.
If the UK adopts these policies, there will be no illegal migration to the UK. That is what you want.
...and if you get to England's shore you will get your start in Rwanda, fair enough; England will be fighting another kind of illegal who find it is easier for them to get to England, and from there they are still being relocated somewhere better than what they left from originally. (but of course i'm just foolin' around). Illegals will not stop coming in any case.
I think the idea of offshore processing is that the processing will take place inside a detention centre (code for prison) - hence the massive deterrance.
It isn't better from where they left as most of the illegals are NOT refugees. They are at best economic refugees, mostly fleeing poor countries and not necessarily countries which are war ravaged.
No doubt, that if the UKG policy is in any way shape or form, similar to what Australia has been doing for decades now, and it certainly appears to be the case, then the issue of illegal immigration towards the UK will be slashed, and probably eradicated altogether, leaving the rest of Europe with a very big problem because of their ineptness with dealing with such crisis. In the end, countries like Cyprus, Greece, Italy will suffer a great deal and pay a very heavy price.
It also appears to be that former Australian PM Tony Abbott has been living in the UK, working for the UKG to implement offshore processing and turnbacks. Smart move by Boris.
And it's probably a very good thing that the UK is not an EU member. Credit must be given where it's due. Leaving the EU was a master stroke of genius by the UK population.
It's now time for the UK to join its real partners - Australia and US . And tell that French Poofter to go nfuck himself sideways and stick his stupid subs up his clacker!
Australian Tax payers can buy a lot of french cheese platters for $80 billion. Or get real Nuclear Power subs from the US at half the price.
