The world has not changed at all. It is exactly the same as before. UN has been used for the personal gains for the SCPMs ever since it was set up. America has been protecting Israel for a very long time in the same way.

The world has finally realised the simple fact that UN is not fit for purpose. It never was.

I agree. U.N.’s purpose has always been in expediency and not based on Human Rights as it claims. Anytime anyone who holds a veto power, nothing good ever comes out of such institutions.

The UN’s many institutions have been utterly corrupted by the US, so they've just been doing America’s bidding.

It's all coming down like a house of cards... decades of lies, corruption and deception.

In reality what they voted for is meaningless. The power is in the hands of the 5 permenant members of the scurity council and there is sod all anybody can do about it. Unless of course they do what they did after WW2 and replace UN with a democratic insitution with majority rule.

But somehow I do not think they will be doing that anytime soon.
