Right now Russia and China both have a major military advantage over the US in having long cracked the “hypersonic” missile delivery system technology while the US is suffering constant testing setbacks and is still unable to produce a working prototype, let alone mass produce it as is urgently required!
The hypersonic missile delivery technology is all about unparalleled missile speeds that fall in the range of Mach-10 to Mach-20 that cannot be intercepted by any of the current missile defense systems the world around.
The importance of hypersonic delivery cannot be underestimated because for the first time in the history of nuclear threat what is known as MAD or “mutually assured destruction” is no longer the case and the US is feeling very hot under the collar right now!
Nuclear warheads delivered via hypersonic technology would be able to strike at such speeds that defensive “early missile warning systems” would not have the time to detect an incoming missile so as to trigger a response, and hence it spells the end of MAD!
And this is the most likely reason why the US has embarked on a maniacal campaign to destroy Russia, not surprisingly in a non-nuclear way, and why they’re prepared to lose so much to achieve it; Washington is said to have set aside a one trillion dollar budget to meet this goal!
Now the other side of the argument is... if Russia is enjoying such an unprecedented military advantage over its long-time nemesis, would it not be wise for Russia to preemptively strike the US and forever rid itself of this menace, who probably wouldn’t hesitate to strike Russia had their fortunes been reversed?
I don’t know about you but considering America’s long aggressive history and anti-Russian animosity, I for one would definitely take my chances while I have the edge, if I were Putin.
So to strike or not to strike... that is the burning question right now!
