The reason in this case is the unpalatable evidence that Zelensky is proving to be a good leader of his people, in the face of an invasion by a numerically far superior neighbour. The man has gained international respect.

Well then do a write-up and tell us your reasons why he's so great so we can debate it.

Folks. What's the problem? This guy is clearly a head case. There's so much evidence of that in this (long) thread alone.

But on the internet I can say - hand on heart - you are the most hate-filled individual I have ever come across. Outside of tyrannical dictator types you seem to have nothing but bile to offer on anyone/thing. Even sometimes it seems your own country. Which, FWIW, I have a good deal of love and respect for. That's why I am probably going to be buried here.

I don't know if you're a member of other forums. From your posts it seems yes. But I really can't understand how, with your acid views, you would last more than a couple of weeks on one which has a reasonable element of moderation.

I would suggest that spending most of your days - as you seem to do - surfing the net for any story at all that fits your Ukraine agenda (which you seem to be absolutely obsessed with) then posting half-hourly and in such a hateful way is, from a mental point of view, very unhealthy.

If you've ever followed their stories it's the sort of thing Behring Breivik and Brenton Tarrant did. You might recognise it - self-radicalisation?

So far Paphitis was providing a lot of "oxygen" despite me no agreeing one iota with him, but I was always sure the Americans would straighten him out within a year, and then he 'd have no other choice than leave this forum.

I've a lot of respect for Paphitis. Not for some of his views of course. I admire his tenacity though and the fact that in the face of what sometimes seems relentless ridicule and abuse he tends on the whole to rise above it and mostly refrains from stooping to the same level.

Anyway, as far as your views on what makes a forum thrive I'm not so sure. Clearly though if it weren't for the likes of GR and Lordo it would be a much duller place. I find it all fascinating.
