Of course it is not Greek. It is Terggish Cypriot. I was there couple of months back. Yes indeed they do have some excellent food. Meze is the best, the food keeps on appearing at the table.

Dare I say if you ask for Halloumi he wil know exactly what you mean.

I am very impressed that they serve Molohiya. I have never heard of any restaurant serving this dish. I made this dish couple of weeks ago with lamb rump which cooked for almost 24 hours (direct simmering heat and just sitting in it’s own heat in the pan) before serving. The taste is super rich of flavour. My Swiss friends love it. I tell them that no restaurant serves this dish, but it seems I was wrong. I will go to this restaurant next time I’m in London and order Molohiya just to compare it to mine as I believe I make it the best! :wink:
