There are roadworks near our house for 12+ month. They are making the road wider (well, in fact they are digging here and there all the time but their goal is to make road wider I guess). About six month ago they started to cut off our water supply. They cut it for 1,2,3 days and it happens every few weeks. Now everybody here of course are mad about this. They did it yesterday again and we still have no water supply. I'm seriously thinking about calling my lawyer to start class action or something like this (I'm absolytely sure that all our neighbors will sign).
What do you think about it?

As nobody here seems to mention my rants about this issue I just suppose that nobody from my neighborhood visits this forum :\
Well, I wish it never happen to anybody of you.
I must say that it is extremely irritating when somebody takes away some of attributes of civilization from you. And it makes me wonder how that "construction company" (indeed they deserve to be called "destruction company") managed to win the goverment tender to do road works? They were "working" on this several-hundred-meters piece of road for more than a year! What a waste of taxpayer money. Does anybody know is there a way to initiate some kind of independent audit to check their activity on this project?

You could band together and form a pressure group, maybe called " Concerned Locals In Torment Over Roadworks In Streets"........erm, unfortunate acronym though.
