Scott Ritter has the ability of explaining history very well.
The vast majority of the ordinary Westerners don't have a clue though. Half the people in this forum which is supposed to be at higher knowledge base level, don't have a clue either....

Btw there is more to it regarding the Minsk agreements.
Just recently Angela Merkel admitted that the only reason they were signed, was to buy time in preparing Ukraine militarily to a)become a Nato member and b) get rid of the Russians in Donbas.

It is more mysterious this way. As soon as you click on it, you will have a good idea what it is about.

...i see the NATO mission changing to (our relationship where the geography does not "belong" to somebody) focus on the sea, its equal importance to all of us around the globe for Maritime Trade; with Russia (and India) a member.

...i see the reform of Turkey's Constitution, Russia's, and the Ukraine, to reflect this commitment to the Human condition, as People (and as people): Individuals, as well as being Persons; a BBF.

What have you got against Facebook? They have real analysts making very valid comments. It is as good as any other media so long as you get the source rather than second hand or even third hand info.

I have no doubt he has some benefit from it, but mostly advertising I suspect. However it has enabled me to find my school friends in many countries and that has to be a good thing.
