So, is this out of date?

Board of directors
Yasir Othman Al-Rumayyan (chairman), member of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs (Saudi Arabia)
Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Finance
Mohammed Al-Jadaan, current Minister of Finance
Mohammad M. Al-Tuwaijri, former Minister of Economy and Planning
Nabil Al-Amoudi, former Minister of Transport
Mark Moody-Stuart, former chairman of Anglo American, HSBC, and the Foundation for the United Nations Global Compact
Andrew N. Liveris, former chairman and CEO of Dow Chemical
Lynn Elsenhans, former chairwoman and CEO of Sunoco
Peter Cella, former president and CEO of Chevron Philips Chemical
Mark Weinberger, former chairman and CEO of Ernst & Young
Amin H. Nasser, president and CEO of Saudi Aramco

And how many Arab names on the board of directors are American citizens?
America is operating on the same principle as they did back in 1947 with the "Stay behind groups". It made no difference who the person was or what nationality, the boss was Yank Deep state and they had to look after Yank interests.

Remember that the company in Saudi controlling the oil is an American corporation and Saudi government has no say in their decisions. It is a question of has Biden got enough muscle to push them about?

Board of directors: All Saudis

No it just means they work.

The US never intended to invade another country and annex its territory but only hit sone terrorists like ISIL and Al Qaeda. It’s the perfect use for these weapons.

Ruzzia success rate was less than 50%. America’s is 99%

Is that because Iraq and Afghanistan did not have a defense system against cruise missiles?

Yes they had them alright.
:

Oh really?

What defense systems did they have?

Scuds and AAA’s don’t count for Iraq and AK-47’s for Afghanistan! :D

Now don't be absurd.

It is very rare for the US to use Cruise Missiles on a country. It has only ever done that once, and that was in Baghdad in 1996 and again in 2003. And they were precision alright. They did not hit apartment buildings, play grounds or energy infrastructure. They targeted Government and Military Buildings. And on both occasions, they used a few missiles, not a barrage of 80.

The only other Cruise Missile strikes were in Sudan, where they targeted Al Qaeda training camps in the desert, Afghanistan where they targeted Taliban and Al Qaeda in remote locations (non urban), and Syria, where again they targeted ISIL and other terrorists in the desert.

There is no comparison here between the US and Ruzzia. The US has never targeted a country with the objective of invading it, controling and annexing its territory.

You can take it or leave it but this Ukrainian War is clear evidence to me that Western Equipment, cruise missiles included, are far more advance, and capable than Ruzzia's equivalents.

At one point, I thought they were Russians as they were lighting a cigarette near their ordnance stockpile.
