No it just means they work.

The US never intended to invade another country and annex its territory but only hit sone terrorists like ISIL and Al Qaeda. It’s the perfect use for these weapons.

Yes they had them alright.

But now we also know the S300/S400 doesn’t even work whilst the Americans and Germans are giving the Ukrainians IRIS and Nassams that fo work. :lol:

Ruzzia is in tatters.

And Ukraine is getting Israeli Iron Dome. Cyprus has ordered Iron Dome as well. We are lucky that S300 junk never made it to Cyprus. :lol:
