The Russian defenders that were there have heroically repelled countless counter attacks for a month but with their ever-thinning numbers and as of late lack of air cover even… I smell treason from a high ranking individual in the Russian ministry of defense!
Civilians were committing themselves by aligning with the new state of affairs only to be let down by insufficient defenses.
The Russophones are now forced to run for their lives as refugees if they make it past the border (and some have not), or stay and bear the brunt of the barbaric Ukie trash seeking revenge.
Who is the fucking traitor in the Russian ranks? Is it that ugly looking Soigue or whatever his name is, or someone else?
Only time will tell but TIME is not on the Russophone citizen’s hands that have been caught in the middle of all this disappointing bullshit!
There is no treason.
The Russians (as a State) proved extremely slow in adapting. It took them almost 2 months to get the Iranian drones to turn the Himars to night rats, against fixed targets, that no longer exist.
The problem of the Ukrainian numerical superiority existed from the very beginning, and up until a month ago, could be countered with the Russian armaments superiority. Not any more, the Ukrainians now have an unlimited and endless supply of armaments.
Which of course the Russians never intercept at the borders, but rather wait for them to appear at the battle field. Imagine that!
Mobilization in Russia is also proceeding very slowly.
Clearly the Ukrainian suicidal attacks without caring for their human losses was the last card for Zelen-Sky, which however, did deliver amazing victories.
What are the Russians doing? Obviously not much. They don't even have enough infantry to chase the Ukrainian small groups roaming almost freely behind the front lines.
You cannot fight a war by calling it a "special military operation" and bind yourself to the absolute minimum of manpower and equipment. I think the Russians decision makers are still sleeping.
