The US wouldn't even need to fight the Russians to wipe the floor with them. Based on their display in Ukraine, Turkey could demolish these Russian firces in hours. And Turkey has closed the Bosphorus to Russian ships.

What a total stuff up.

If Russian military is such a joke, why doesn’t NATO enter Ukraine and destroy the Russian military until it surrenders. Why doesn’t NATO go and help Ukraine? NATO has been invited by the Ukraine’s President from the moment Russia invaded a week ago, but NATO is refusing. How many people needs to die and cities needs to be destroyed before NATO makes the moral decision to help the Ukrainians. There were no invitations from Yugoslavian President for NATO to come in, but NATO went there anyway uninvited and destroyed the country and help break it up. Why the refusal to help Ukraine by NATO?

I never said their military was a joke. Their piss operation in Ukraine is a joke. And yeh, Pootin is lucky the US won't get involved because if it did, say goodbye to the Russian military in Ukraine. Those armoured columns in Ukraine would be sitting ducks.

But that's not the worst of it. The Americans won't get involved because they know Pootin is unhinged. Pootin is the most likely to press the Nuclear button and that is something the Americans will not risk and are not obligated to risk as Ukraine is not a NATO member.

But in addition to that, the US it appears doesn't need to risk a dorect conflict with Russia.

Apparently, Russian soldiers are stuck, with tanks that are broken down and out of fuel. They are also apparently surrendering in the hundreds to the Ukrainian Military. If that is so, Russia has or will suffer a very embarrassing defeat.

Russia is teetering on the verge of economic collapse actually.

Russia and Iran are experienced experts at surviving under isolation and pressure.

They know all the tricks, all the bypasses, all the options and have all the right friends for such support. They belong is a closely knit group.

Oh I am sure Pootin won't be under any pressure with his 200 billion net worth. Being the Russian Fuhrer is good business obviously.

99.9% of the Russian people will however be under enormous pressure.

On the contrary Paphitis...

America would’ve bombed the Ukraine for 3 months straight before daring to put a man or vehicle on the ground… whereas Russia went straight in there and steamrolled most of what the Ukraine had and captured 1/5th of Ukrainian territory, their navy, ports, etc.

America wouldn't have bombed or invaded any country like Ukraine.

Plus, America would not use cluster bombs or use the Grozny method on civilian areas. Any US Government that does that will be held accountable by American lawmakers because that is a blatant war crime.

Another thing America does not do is use chemical and biological weapons of mass destruction like the Russians and their Syrian puppets have.

Russia has been down this path before many times so he’s had many years to modify things that render the vast majority of Western sanctions utterly useless, including SWIFT if implemented.

I think this time is a little different. Russia is now completely removed from the international banking infrastructure. Western businesses are closing shop, and their aviation, shipping and gas exports are now severely restricted. Nord Stream 2 is bankrupt as well.

And their military is on the verge of total collapse in Ukraine.

Even Abramovich was forced to sell Chelsea. It isn't looking good for Russia.

I have no idea where you get these fairy-tales from because the US is the biggest violator of the UN Charter and wouldn't lose any sleep after using the most horrendous of weapons...

ie: 2-3 years ago they dropped the illegal Mother-Of-All-Bombs in Afghanistan and incinerated hundreds in one go!

The trick to cover war crimes is to claim you're bombing "ISIS"... the other trick is to keep the war crimes tribunals well-oiled so that they never open cases on you!

But of course it's still no excuse because nowhere does it say that there are exceptions in using banned weapons.

BTW, my latest update in the States. My Daughter contracted COVID about 5 days ago.

My wife and I tested positive yesterday. The 3 of us are in isolation with pretty much very close to no symptoms. I am just feeling a little lethargic.

My Son is now staying with other relatives in Queens. He is the only one who has managed to dodge it so far.

Yes they did dropped the Mother of all Bombs - just not on civilian targets.

It's an illegal weapon on both civilian and military targets Paphitis, so you may want to RETRACT you false claim that the US commits no War Crimes... thank you!
