Well, the nuclear bunker is just to survive the initial explosion. The rest is going to be based on survival of the fittest and smartest.

Personally, I think the Russian Military will never follow through other than send their tanks into the Kremlin to fuck Pootin and his cronies up.
The guy is too gutless to mobilise Russian youth to their impending deaths in Ukraine let alone use Nuclear weapons.

Russian soldiers might as well look at ways to surrender now and save themselves so they can see their families and loved ones eventually because Russia is basically sent them on suicide missions as cannon fodder in a war that has already been lost.
Ukraine will ensure the Geneva Conventions are adhered to.
Ukraine and the West have amassed a lot of evidence of Russian War criminals though. They will not be so lucky and will face trial and imprisonment.
