Is this true?

No he only promised to end the war in Donbas. And he did try without success
Explanation as to why here: Link it's at exact time

Interesting, something to think about.

...indeed, countries against Putin's Russia would do well to invite and welcome Russians (their best and brightest too) who want to leave, easy access to visas and the possibility of immigration.

...doing the opposite, closing the borders to Russians who are not "Russians" is counter-productive.

It sounds like the Russians have changed tactics... they're now fighting American style!

Cluster bombs?

They don't have any precision weapons.

All those shiny planes, but they did not invest properly in precision munitions. Their Air Force is pretty useless without these weapons.

I thought you said this was a superpower. But the reality is, Turkey would wipe the floor with Russia.

Pootin should now surrender his Nuclear Arms on the basis he is too stupid to handle such a responsibility.

Listen Paphitis if you have any proven FACTS that you can provide then go ahead, otherwise in all honestly we got tired of your usual fantasies. 8)

It must really hurt being on the wrong side of history.

The Russian Military has great equipment no doubt, but they neglected one thing. They neglected stockpiling precision munitions. Pointless having these planes if you don't have munitions.

Now, their could be many reasons. One is money. A problem that looms even more larger now with the devaluation of the Rouble to junk status along with some African tinpots.

Welcome to reality.

If the Americans sent their forces into Ukraine, they would have a field day. Their columns are literally sitting ducks. No cover, and just low hanging fruit.

If the Russians think they can threaten NATO with sheer utter stupidity like this, then they got another thing coming. Pootin has only exposed how weak and vulnerable he really is. he wanted Ukraine to surrender, but they aren't surrendering.

The US wouldn't even need to fight the Russians to wipe the floor with them. Based on their display in Ukraine, Turkey could demolish these Russian firces in hours. And Turkey has closed the Bosphorus to Russian ships.

What a total stuff up.

And now, dozens of countries are sending guns, missiles, ammunition to the Ukrainian people.

If Pootin wants to play with the big boys he will need to do much bigger than that. I mean fancy having columns tens of kms long on bitumen roads because the ground is too soft. That's what the Arabs did to the Israelis in 1967 and in the end Israel lit them all up in flames and destroyed them in hours.

What a mess.

Yes, that 498 looks a little dodgy... :)

Yes, and we all know how reliable all that is.

Ukrainians had captured over 200 Russian military days ago and even sent videos and photos of them.

I don’t doubt it, but for the Russians they are AWOL as they cannot verify if they’ve been caught, lost, dead or deserted.

It's always your opponent that will reveal how many he's captured.
