Notice the UKR counteroffensive in this area is not actually in Kherson Oblast/District, but in the adjacent Mykolaiv Oblast where the Russians started grabbing territory some time ago. Kyselivka was recently captured by Russians, and lost it (I think the first day) of the UKR counteroffensive.

1. The energy prices are already sky high
2. The current sanctions have not stopped the war
