If you were winning, Kakhmout would have fallen 2 months ago.

You are no longer winning, and Bakhmout stands. The situation on the ground is changing and the Russians are begging for negotiations because they know they are about to capitulate in Kherson and lose the only city they have taken in all of Ukraine.
