Well I suspect Putin will not bother to take it to court and he will deal with it himself. Lets see if Nato has the balls to take all or nothing situation. I suspect not and in the meantime Lithuania will also lose some territory and people too. And of course the usual apologists here will blame Russia for it.

Even than, EU sanctions are blocking trade deals, not International Agreements between two states. Lithuania is cruising for a bruising.
Its a bit like Erdogan closing the sea access at Dardanelles. It makes no difference Russia has no choice but attack and see what Nato is made of. Would they risk all for so little? I think not.
