Speak for yourself. And of course you have - on several occasions. Talking blithely, and even enthusiastically, about the desirability of nuclear weapons being used (purely one way of course). Summing up your level of humanity by adding such a thing - in reality the deaths of tens of millions and pollution of the whole planet - would be cause for great celebration. That being - you - as an individual - explicitly. Frankly, you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Raving lunacy.

With no idea at all - or in fact concern - about that person's actual views on those issues. Whilst claiming that Russia's current kill-fest in Ukraine is in some way acceptable, on the basis of those events.

There's no justification at all though for the carnage Vladimir Putin (blessings be upon his name) has visited on Ukraine, in his vain desire to emulate Peter the Great.
