The Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and Cyprus (to name a few) would do well to consider that their Constitutional reform should recognise and respect that their population is composed of Individuals who want Freedom, their Basic Human Rights as equals without further distinction or discrimination, and, that as Persons they want as Constituencies to represent themselves as Majorities, Liberty, demonstrating their mindfulness in Good Will and Good Faith toward the minorities living among them.

...a BBF is not hard to imagine. Canada is a BBF. The USA is a BBF. The EU though at its advent is also a BBF.

You are right Lordo, they must sit down and end this "special operation'' PEACEFULLY.

What kind of better position and better deal do you think Ukraine is going to be in and be able to negotiate if they secure a ceasefire?

I would image that the negotiations will be open ended and go on for the next 50 years, while Russia occupies the south and eastern parts of Ukraine.

If it ends peacefully they are Heroes, if it does not (to the rest of us) they will have to live with their infamy as failures.

that is a bit of an oxymoron considering its a war.

If you mean it will end peacefully because they will stop the violance, that is usually how wars end.
