Yeah, the first two should read something else while the 2nd batch is all resignations.

When they declare they can no longer perform their duties and retreat westward, that's a resignation.

In principle, NATO agreed to defend Ukraine.

Multiple rocket launchers (MRLs) are used heavily in this war to “soften” enemy defenses in trenches etc, from as far as 20-25km away before an advance. You wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of such a barrage, some of which are thermobaric depending on the model used.
