The truth of the matter is, you have many countries who are giving weapons to Ukraine along with logistics and intelligence to fight Russia in the hopes to defeat Russia. Russia will not be defeated in Ukraine no matter how much weapons are sent to Ukraine by other countries. It will only prolong the war to the detriment of Ukraine and creating another cold (freezing) war between Russia and the west which will last for many years, far more than the last one where the nuclear race will be intensified at a rapid pace to even place nuclear weapons into space. Welcome to “Star Wars”. Russia has the upper hand in sending rockets to space with large payloads.

The west might claim hallow victory in Ukraine by temporarily slowing the Russians, but the west and Ukraine already lost the war and the world peace. Next you will see China do the same in Taiwan as what Russia has done in Ukraine. How is the west going to send weapons to Taiwan or will they just say,”been there done that” and still lost the war. The point is, the war in Ukraine was never the answer, but that’s what the west wanted and that’s what they have received. Ukraine is used as nothing but a “chessboard” by the west to go to war with Russia which nothing good will come from it.

Now we are where we are and the war in Ukraine will continue because the west and Russia cannot stop until one side wins outright and the other loses the same way. In my opinion, Russia will nuke Ukraine to end the war before she would accept an unconditional defeat, therefore, Russia has a trump car up her sleeve to be victorious in Ukraine. How long the war lasts is really up to the west, but the end result is going to be a military victory to Russia. Politically she will be ostracized internationally for awhile, but that will be better than losing the war in Ukraine. This is how I see things playing out in Ukraine.

Good post... I agree like 99% minus the nukes… probably a FOAB dropped on Kiev instead.

I think Russia should concentrate on taking out the Zelensky government to speed things up.

He is key in completely disorientating the Ukraine without leadership and poster boy.

I second that. Kick's posts are usually great.
Russia is doing a big mistake saying they don't aim at a regime change in Ukraine. Lavrov confirmed it just recently!
Zelensky and his top officials are getting rich from this war on the expense of their own people!
Regime change is a MUST, haven't they learned anything from the Americans, all it needs is just bribe a few.

Russia cannot nuke anybody so close to her territory. It does not make sense. She can continue to fight till she takes more and more of the territory so all the resources and farm lands are in her possession if Ukraine does not stop the war. Ukraine will not be allowed to have nuclear weapons or or any other offensive weapons on her territory. On the other hand there is no point having her as Nato member if she is not allowed to buy American weapons. So she is fucked which ever way she turns. There is only one way to solve this and that is to sit down and talk terms of peace and agree to the Russian demands.

I think you should reply to Kikapu's post, not mine.
I also don't think nukes are an option.
Why should they use nukes that would turn the whole world against them anyway?
Thermobaric bombs can do the job equally well, and the vast majority of the world has no idea what they are. They are environmentally friendly too.

I was trying to kill two birds with one stone. You agreed agreed with him so it saved me having to do two posts.

There is a rumour doing the rounds Russia is about to declare war on Ukraine. Up to this point it was special operations. Perhaps we will see the overthrow of the idiot after all.

And imagine if the West had been successful against Russia… they’d move on to destroy China, and then perhaps India, and anyone else of a certain size and strength (other BRICS) in a maniacal campaign to eliminate all competition!

Perhaps China was first to be destroyed economically with Covid-19 in 2019 in Wuhan, only China turned the tables and shutdown Wuhan to protect the rest of the country but left the International airport open for the virus to be “exported” to the rest of the world so that the whole world would be all in the same boat, except China could shut the country down to save themselves but most of the world could not.
