Yep I agree with that it was a miscalculation/an error by the Russian side

Day 63

In a third month of conflict though the Russian army continues the struggle in its attempts to take and hold major population centres and has in essence been humiliated.

Humiliated? How? Just because the Western media say so? No army in the world can take major cities in which the opponent's military retreats holding civilians as human shield. There are 4 ways to take such cities: Small nukes, thermobaric bombs, chemical weapons, or raising them to the ground after letting as many civilians as possible evacuate. Which one do you prefer?

The idea of their being up to taking on any of the major NATO's countrie's armed forces, let alone the idea of them all, is clearly a joke.

We 've seen how THE major Nato country USA performed in other wars, did they perform any better?

Sweden and Finland are it seems on the verge of signing up to the organisation. The very antithesis of what this invasion was supposed to be all about to Putin. Although, anybody who has listened to him in the past or read his writings on the subject of Ukraine will understand that NATO has absolutely nothing to do with what's going on. It's about his perceptions of legacy and personal survival.

Never passed through your mind that that's the reason the Americans (+their British cunts) provoked this war? If the Russians wouldn't attack Ukraine, Ukraine would be in Nato soon. Big gain for the Americans. Now that they did Finland and Sweden will be Nato. So in both cases the Americans would be selling weapons albeit not so many to Sweden and Finland.

Incorrect... what's "initially expected" depends on the person's imagination but only THEY know what their goals are/were which they've never disclosed.

Londonrake wrote:Given their overwhelming superiority in manpower and armaments.

Incorrect... it's the other way round in both; 200,000 is smaller than 1 million plus defenders. Also, never ending arms from 30+ countries is far more than what the Russian came in with.

Londonrake wrote:They've been beaten back from Kiev and now resort to consolidating their positions in East and South Ukraine.

Incorrect, they abandoned Kiev voluntarily and moved elsewhere. They were never defeated from Kiev.

Londonrake wrote:You can spin it any way you want (and you absolutely will of course) but they've probably suffered loses in the past 9 weeks which surpass their 10 year effort in Afghanistan.

Incorrect, I've already posted losses from a 3rd party in this thread, and the Ukrainians have suffered between 3-5 greater in everything.

There are no dead people and no buildings have been destroyed. It’s all fake news.

The Russian army has been rapturously received in all Ukrainian cities by an adoring public

Minutes ago...

Ukraine meddlers risk lightning-fast response - Putin

Russia's president Vladimir Putin has warned that any countries meddling in Ukraine would be met with a swift response.

"If someone from the outside tries to intervene in Ukraine" he said speaking just now to Russian lawmakers, "our response will be lightning fast."

"We have all the tools [to respond] that no one can boast of. And we will not be bragging about them, we will use them if necessary," he said.

The Russian leader added all decisions on what that response would include have already been made, but didn't give any further detail.

Surely this HAS to be the LAST warning!

We all know that warnings cannot go on forever, so who is gonna cop it first? :?

Only extreme violence will knock the arrogance off the foolish West, so my guess is London because Boris has been the biggest idiot of them all thus far!

I say, teach that shitty little island with the BIG mouth some manners!

Now here’s an interesting development that should sour things up for Cypriots supporting the Ukraine!

Thousands of Turkish militants and nationalists "Grey Wolves" deployed to Ukraine
https://avia-pro.net/news/tysyachi-ture ... na-ukrainu

I first read about this elsewhere but was skeptical to share...

3,000 Gray Wolves were transported

It is worth noting that Russian military sources speak of the arrival of 3,000 Turkish "Gray Wolves" in Ukraine via Poland.

This is the first time that they talk about such a transfer of forces from the Turkish side.

They even note that considering that Turkey is the one that feeds the criminal neo-Nazi regime with the Bayaraktar TB2, the appearance of "gray wolves" on the front seems completely logical.

The "gray wolves" have extensive experience in military operations against the Russian army and its allies in the Middle East. "The forces of this organization once took responsibility for the execution of the Russian pilot Oleg Peshkov in Syria".
