No Paphitis, Russia completed successful testing in 2018 and have since been mass producing and converting. America has yet to mass produce anything hypersonic.

Russia only has 7 Cruisers. The Kuznetsk being one of the 7 and virtually inoperative.

Another also in dry dock for years abs the Moskva destroyed by the Ukraine Navy.

Leaving only 4 left.

Wow! Russia is no superpower any more. At best it’s sone middle power line Oakistan with sone nukes.

The Turkish Military is far more potent and stronger than Russia as far as I’m concerned. Better equipped and better disciplined and trained as well.

I never would have said that a year ago.

Turkey is also making some great weapons of their own. The Bayraktar has got some runs in Ukraine and achieved high success.

Russia can crank it up in the Ukraine at will and just level all major cities with bombers so they’ve got lots of options available to them.

The US has been testing in the 2000s Get Real.

They take many years to research, develop, then test. Russia just bought out its prototypes.

They are not as developed as the US versions - there are 4 types. Russia only has 1

Russia already demonstrated hypersonic against the Ukraine on two occasions.

No I I’m not.

One of my best friends is a Russian born rocketry physicist working at the DSTO at RAAF Edinburgh.

There have been hypersonic tests at the Nuclear testing grounds of Woomera.

Including the US prototypes. But they are also working on sub launched versions which started 6 years ago.

Russia’s current biggest problem right now is the 30+ thousand prisoners they’ve captured… they need like 2-3 meals p/prisoner p/day and a few hundred guards watching them, etc. :)
