The EU Parliament CANNOT propose legislation. It's all meaningless blah blah. Only the 27 Commissioners can, and that has to be approved by the Council of Ministers, and the EU Parliament to have an effect.

#1. The European Commission submits a legislative proposal to the European Parliament.
The EU parliament can only reject or approve or propose changes to what the Commission has already submitted.
Despite of that there's a lot of meaningless fanfare going on in the EU parliament e.g. "demand full embargo on Russian imports of oil, coal, nuclear fuel and gas"

Oh sure. And while fires are completely possible, they are unlikely to say the least.

Abs that seems so lucky. There was a YouTube creator who just happened to be filming at the alleged time of the incident. Yes that’s completely normal.

Btw, the video shows the explosion on a Russian Troop Carrier that was hit by the Ukrainians moments after Russian State Medua gave the Ukrainians the exact location after one of their propaganda pieces.
