Total disarmament of the National Guard - USA in Cyprus: Send TOR, BUK, T-80U, BMP-3 & Mi-35 to Ukraine!

That’s right… send billion’s worth of your hard labour to some shitstain on soviet territory because the US says so, and remain completely naked!

Good times eh?

If our treasonous clowns go ahead with this, we TOTALLY DESERVE a Turkish invasion to capture the rest of Cyprus completely unhindered!

This site is one of a kind. It just blows and blows on every spark available to make a burning story.
Compare their story with the real story in the local media.
Also look at their "impressive strike of the Javeline missile".

No point in wasting our time with such futile arrangements.

It’s by no accident that Israel has been coming and going to CY for the training of their air-force for the past decade, because we have anti-air defenses that cannot be interfered with and it would be a real combat for them to train under.

Bullshit!

M1A1 is state of the art and 10 times better than a T-80.

If anything, this is a worrying development for the Turkish Army in Cyprus.

One more thing. If Cyprus sends Mi-35 which won't be flying anymore in less than 3 months, Cyprus can ask for Apaches and Blackhawks.

I know what I would rather have.

Apart from that, the Greek French Balharra frigates have Cyprus airspace locked anyway.

You’re thinking like a little child! It’s not about what’s “better” but about Turkey a NATO member, having superior warfare advantages against us; (they get SELECT variants of equipment)as if their numerical advantages in everything aren’t already enough.

Mate, if the Turks had m1a1 in Cyprus, which I don't think they do, they would have a massive advantage over the T-80 because the m1a1 has a bigger gun for starters, and a bigger range.

M1A1, if you can get them, would be a massive asset.

Doesn't stop there. Apaches and Blackhawks would also be ideal.

So you better hope that article is true because all I see is a MASSIVE opportunity for Cyprus and CNG if it is true and is something Cyprus can exploit if you guys are smart enough. Somehow might be wishful thinking.

Ignore Kiev, ignore Kharkov, ignore the rest of Ukraine — THIS is the important bit, this is where THE battle is taking place: The eastern Ukraine cauldron, around Kramatorsk.

60,000 fighters are caught here. They have no chance of resupply or reinforcements, and they have run out of gasoline. Once they have been neutralized (one way or the other), everything else in Ukraine will fall, and the war will end.

We are already seeing and I'm afraid it doesn't look very good for the Russians.

they are in an area where they will find no peace until they leave.

Secondly, you are not in Ukraine neither. Neither is the person who wrote this battle plan is in Ukraine or is speaking from verifyable insider knowledge of the actual situation.

I am talking from what I know. That is, that the Ukrainian people have already achieved remarkable victories because they are hungry to defend their country and homeland. They have the apetite to fight and because of this, things are actually turning out to be a lot more favourable for them than the Russians who are ill disciplined and just don't have the same commitment to die for their country.

This is how Russia will lose.

What I said was not the opinion of a single person. It's been explained in more detail 100s of times in western media too.
The major Russian weakness so far imo, was the number of troops. You can't fight 600,000 active Ukrainian militia with just 150,000 (?) troops no matter what your superiority on armaments is.
Russian sources say they will bring another 150,000 troops.
I am waiting for this to be confirmed by western sources before providing links.
After that you will have 15 days to adapt the map of Ukraine in your history books.

Why are you calling the Ukrainian Armed Forces "militia". they are not a militia.

It's a fully Fledged sovereign military force.

And no kidding! The Ukrainians have numerical superiority over the Russians because they will mobilize their entire military, and call upon all conscripts and reservists up to a total of 2 odd million fighters. Then you have several million more civilians willing to take arms - including women and children who are being trained. You make it sound like the Ukrainians are a militia like Hesbollah, ISIL or Al Qaeda. They are a National Armed Force of a fully legitimate sovereign country called Ukraine, which is a member of the United Nations.

This is what happens when a nation faces this type of foreign aggression and threat of annihilation.

It's the hardest thing to invade and occupy a country, any country, and its even harder to invade a large country like Ukraine.

...thanks GR, news to me and worth noting.

...indeed, there is room for Cyprus to negotiate; weapons are replaced, deals are made which improve security: i recall Biden will visit Cyprus this year.

And while we're at it, is it true that the Ukraine makes a significant amount of Russia's military replacement parts?
