Pay In Rubles or run out of gas

More or less everybody knows the story, but look at the comments!!
I was trying to find a comment concerning the so called "bridge of contract" excuse.
That would be a good measure for evaluating the degree of stupidity demonstrated in this forum.

It’s “breach of contract” but anyway, it’s a daft argument because the EU was the first to break the contract with sanctions imposed that affected it!

Of course it is, however someone in this forum advocated it :!:
Nevertheless I haven't seen a single comment against Putin , actually 100s of comments were praising him as a genius.

Problem here is that nobody understands that both the sanctions and the counter - sanctions are idiotic.
First of all, assuming the Germans pay in Rubles, they would need to find those money from either the free market or the Russian central Bank. If from the free market then no problem for Russia. But if it's from the Russian central Bank, then the RCB would be flooded with Euros which they themselves would have to spend somewhere. Question is where and how???

Yes, we had a few shortsighted Einsteins in here who overestimated the West’s global standing and were celebrating… when all the while we were nothing but CONSUMERS and not even the largest of consumers on the planet!

Talk about overplaying our hand… oh the embarrassment! :?

To make things worse… there won’t be any LNG coming from the criminal US for at least a year, and it won’t even cover half our needs!

America completely fucked the EU into suicide!

Well who in their right mind wouldn't want such an incredible politician to lead their country? He's the only adult around!

Notice I edited my previous post. It's just demagogy. If the Europeans were clever they would just accept to pay in Rubles (after exchanging their Euros). Assuming the Eurozone as a whole is not terribly in dept like the US $, then the only effect will be on the real value of the US dollar.

The West has shot itself in the foot by literally kick-starting the overthrow of the dollar’s hegemony… this has to be the biggest own-goal in the history of own-goals, courtesy of dementia-Biden!

Mark this comment and remember it.
It's been repeated over and over again in Western media too at least in the past 2 weeks.
This is how Ukraine will surrender.
Copied from RT's channel in Telegram

Ignore Kiev, ignore Kharkov, ignore the rest of Ukraine — THIS is the important bit, this is where THE battle is taking place: The eastern Ukraine cauldron, around Kramatorsk.

60,000 fighters are caught here. They have no chance of resupply or reinforcements, and they have run out of gasoline. Once they have been neutralized (one way or the other), everything else in Ukraine will fall, and the war will end.
