Idiots go on about how bad Russian military is and how Nato has not even arrived in the war zone. And yet they claim they have sent in 10s of thousands of weapons the the Ukraininas.

But can any keyboard warrior here explain why Poland wanted to send the mig fighters to Ukraine but refused to send them direct and asked if they can first land in a Yank airbase before going to Ukraine and while you are at it, can you also explain why the Yanks have said no to that idea. Clearly they are not worried at all so why the hold up.

It is one thing for the west to be anti Russia because invasion of Ukraine, but why are Russian citizens targeted and punished from sports, culture, music and assets frozen/stolen from individuals who are private Russian citizens. I thought the west was not into “collective punishment”, but the Ukraine-Russian war has proven it to be wrong in thinking that.

Curfew extended in Kyiv

We've just learned that the mayor of Kyiv is extending the curfew in the Ukrainian capital from 20:00 local time (18:00 GMT) on Saturday until 08:00 on Monday.

Mayor Vitali Klitschko said in an online post that the decision was made by the Ukrainian military, without giving further details.

And now, Russia's Eastern Military District says it will conduct military drills on the islands with more than 3,000 troops and hundreds of pieces of army equipment.

Japan had earlier condemned Russia for withdrawing from the peace talks and for halting joint economic projects in relation to the islands.

The modis operandi of the the "satan" US, EU, NATO and the world seems to be to avoid escalation at all costs at this point in time.

I'm pretty sure, that if there was an escalation and a war, involving the US or NATO allies, the Russian invasion would be over more than likely. But the question remains, at what cost. Will Pootin go nuclear? That is what the west wants to avoid.

And you can actually thank them for being so thoughtful about the most grimm of possible outcomes. That indicates that the US is not such a Satan afterall.

In addition to this, Ukraine seems to be doing very well. The Russian invasion is well and trully bogged down. All NATO had to do is send some weapons.

But yes, I am a little less thoughtful about the most grim of outcomes. I'll explain why. NATO should have allowed the 29 Migs to be deployed and also declared a "no fly zone". Whilst that's risky, it also sends a strong message against Russia, and other wannabes like China with regard to South China Sea and Taiwan. but not doing so, in my opinion, is just sending a green light to Russia and China to do much the same to other countries.

They seem to think they can unsurp the US as a superpower, but that is very delusional thinking. The only thing the US is weak on is its willingness to follow international law, and international norms and respecting the sovereighty of nations. You won't see the US for example invade a country and Groznyfy cities and towns.

The US is no Russia or Pootin. And it never will be. It is a respected nation of this world that contributes in a positive way to the entire world.
