This makes sense why Russia has concentrated most of the war in the South along the Black Sea. More and more, the mostly inactive Russian military close to Kiev is becoming a ruse to keep most of the Ukrainian military there to protect the capital while it tries to cut Ukraine completely off the Black Sea. I don’t even think Russia is going to stop fighting until all of Ukraine’s coastal waters are in Russian’s hands. That will give Russia access to almost half of the Black Sea and any and all hydrocarbons in it.

Cypriot sock puppets finally raised their voice.
Well, if those hypocrites in the EU are going to accuse us all the time, let's expose them for what they are.

...both very interesting links Pyr, thanks.

...the maps, it does look like Putin's intention is to leave a Ukraine that is landlocked, and without the resources that make it notable.

Good find… although Cyprus’ stance should’ve extended to Russia earlier where it mattered the most and leverage against Turkey could’ve been begotten. Chance missed!

I hope the fools just sign the peace agreement asap and get their areas back because I personally don’t want to see them lose too much… we’ve got to think of the well-being of post-war Ukraine but unfortunately their government isn’t acting in their best interests. :(

Quick BBC shorts…

“European Space Agency suspends joint Russia Mars project”

Jolly good idea… if we want sand we can get it in North Africa without costing an arm and a leg!

“Zelensky calls on Germany to tear down Russian wall”

The last time Germany tried that they regretted they day they were born…

"'Recognise Putin as war criminal' - Ukraine defence minister"

And then recognize you as the great liberator? Cool story bro! :)

“Turkey 'happy to host' any Zelensky and Putin meeting”

Turkey so wants to be the harbinger of meetings!

"'We knew something terrible would happen to the theatre'"

Of course you did… that’s why you wrote “children” in giant letters outside and then bombed it!

“What is a war criminal?”

Whatever your heart desires, apparently…

“UK troops to be deployed to Poland for three to six months”

Pretending to be doing something useful must be fun! :)
