Merkel already said the Minsk agreement negotiations were a delaying tactic to ready Ukraine army .. the collective west is a war mongering entity.. trials at The Hague should commence against these bastards

The war crimes tribunals were not set up for westerners, that is reserved for others who threaten western interests. Otherwise the Americans and the Israelis will be there for hundreds of years for the crimes they have committed.

In February 2015, the Minsk II agreements were signed by Belarus' Alexander Lukashenko, Russia's Vladimir Putin, Germany's Angela Merkel, France's Francois Hollande and Ukraine's Petro Poroshenko.

Zalizmenos decided he did not need to honour it and sent in the tanks to the east and the rest is history.
