The answer is so simple. Sit down and negotiate a ceasefire and then peace. It is up to them. But so long as the West encourages Ukraine that they can win the war and helps both financially and militarily the suffering will continue.

Hardly RW. There is no policy difference between Republicans and Democrats and this is both internally and externally. Policies are not determined by the President, that is just window dressing to make it look like democratic.
