Globalism, an evil ideology
...yiasou Ocean, i am listening to the General at the moment, a very good speaker; but be careful just like the extreme left liberal (who ignore their own "Them"), they are apt to make assumptions as much as they speak of Truth.
...i don't judge, but i will agree with you and him, there is a ruling elite (and in effect/affect they are far fewer). It is not Globalism that is evil: it is a word; intentions count.
"Them", a supra-generalisation, like "Greek" and "Turk", "Russian" and "Ukrainian", "Kurd", "Jew", "American", are all the same because like any usurper "They" mean to divide 'us' (read: those of us not "Them").
(...what is the Problem.)
...the General is right about one thing, Americans cannot withdraw from the rest of the world to save themselves; the "enemy" is within. And what "Americans" started in essence just before Kennedy's assassination they, Americans, must take back this power by righting the wrongs. (Cyprus for one comes to mind, like in the Ukraine it should be easy.) The General is wrong about one thing too, having picked "a side" to be against in the Ukraine, as though it is not a fight on Principle, where if 'we' loose "They" win (in their expansionistic ways); "Russians'' are no different to "Americans" as a threat, although it is easy to understand why Americans fear ''Americans'' the most.
(...i suggest a BBF in Turkey, like in the Ukraine and Cyprus is possible; i suggest with such a template many other people as Peoples (Persons) will find both Liberty and Freedom as a People (Individuals) citizens of the World.)
...Lest we Forget, where Hatred is concerned there are bigger enemies to fight like Hunger and Disease; not each other.
Cheers!
