In other words, they are saying "let's create Hell for Russia, and hope that we can weather the fall out". They look around the room at each other asking, "Ok we have completely sanctioned Russia and now we are facing huge price increases in oil, commodities and food. Any ideas of what to do next?" They are complete fools. No need to guess, which strategy will win at the end of the day. The well thought our plan vs the fly by the seat of your pants plan. Which plan do you think will succeed.
