You don't say, do they really mean there was no economic attack by anybody before hand?

Surely not.

There didn’t had to be an economic warfare if the cunts in the collective West stuck to the Black Sea Grain agreement a year ago, but hey ho, and if the Ukrainian grain cannot be shipped because it got roasted by the incoming Russian missiles, not to worry, because Russia has shitload of grain that can be shipped around the world’s poor....pronto. All the cunts in the collective West responsible for not keeping the grain deal has to do, is to lift the sanctions on Russia so that the much needed grain can be shipped. If they don’t, then they are bigger cunt than possible by denying grain to the poor while pointing fingers towards Russia as the guilty party with their crocodile tears.

I have no idea how they manage that...

...realpolitik

This war starves Africa of guns and wheat; what is a perfect formula for strife.

...note that France sells to everyone.

"Russia" in the business of selling arms has not demonstrated the performance expected, in terms of production without the margin of scale, per unit costs will rise.

...such indications do not bode well. Fighter aircraft development for example has been pushed back two years, their production even further.

If they have been using them all along and it has not stopped the advanced surely it will not make any difference now either. Talk of bashing your head against the wall and all that.
