a) Like I said here :
cyprus47975-10900.html#p935415Budanov was indeed in Kherson when the dam at Kakhova HPP was destroyed.
He was severely wounded and now is in a hospital at Berlin in critical condition.
One more indication that the Ukrainians did it.
b) The width and depth of the river both downstream and upstream of Kakhova have now reduced dramatically (in some areas only 100-200 m wide compared to ~3km it was before providing the Ukrainians better opportunities to attach on the Eastern part of Kherson. In fact they only started some attempts.
One more indication that they did it.
c)Wagner and Ahmat are now in Belgorod region assigned the duty of creating a buffer zone, between the North of Kharkiv and Russian borders. This means they will have to recapture all the little villages and settlements they retreated from, last year. They will start within 15 days.
d) The Ukr counteroffensive turned clearly to a war of attrition from the Russian side. The Russians claim about 750 Ukr manpower losses per day, plus lots of tanks, armored vehicles, and artillery systems. I am wondering when the Russians will feel the Ukrs got weak enough to start their own offensive...
e)For the moment the Ukrs are running out of time, as they have to show some results to their sponsors during the upcoming Nato summit. They only thing they can show till now is insignificant gains and disproportional losses.
