As you may know the Ukrainians invaded Belgorod region in Russia on 22 May. From what I learned they reached the town of Grayvoron (7km from the border) then retreated to Kozinka (1-2 Km from border) where they entrenched themselves in already existing Russian trenches, and are still there waiting for reinforcements! Initial reports were talking for about 150 troops, Rybar now talks for 500, while thousands are still concentrated at the borders.
This video from Rybar however , shows that the Ukrainians invaded or tried to, in many locations.
Notice most channels claim the Ukrainians were exclusively "Kraken" nationalists, while other claim it was Russian anti-establishment groups living in Ukraine , be it "Russian Volunteer Corps" and the "Freedom of Russia Legion".
The Russians claim they already killed 39 of them, we will have to wait to find who they really were...

The counter-terrorist operation continues in the Grayvoron city district. Part of the Ukrainian formations remained in the border zone, and Russian units are cleaning up the area. Colonel General Lapin is in charge of the cleansing operation.

The control over the settlement of Kozinka by both sides is conditional: Ukrainian formations have entrenched themselves near the border crossing and on the southern outskirts of the settlement, and also partially control the road to Glotovo.

Since 11 am, the enemy has been transferring reinforcements from Bolshaya Pisarevka: three groups from the national battalion "Kraken" and territorial defense units entered the territory of the Belgorod region. There are up to 500 enemy personnel and equipment in Bolshaya Pisarevka, from which UAVs are constantly launched at Grayvoron and Belgorod.

At the same time, there is a concentration of several thousand enemy fighters along the border with the Belgorod region. One of the groups made an attempt to sortie into Gorky, penetration was not allowed. But in another area, near Shchetinovka, the DRG of the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to reach the state border, a battle ensued, which was heard in Shchetinovka and Bohun-Haradok.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on the blocking and defeat of the Ukrainian formations that invaded the border area, indicating that the remnants of the militants were thrown back into the territory of Ukraine. But this report, apparently, was formed on the basis of the previous day.

The counter-terrorist operation in the Belgorod region continues. Given the local success achieved in Kozinka, Ukrainian formations are likely to attempt to destabilize the situation in other parts of the border in order to stretch Russian forces.

The main goal of the Ukrainian formations is to switch attention, sow panic, discredit the Russian authorities and promote the project on the success of the separatist "Russian Volunteer Corps" and the "Freedom of Russia Legion".

Well by 7 pm of 23 May the terrorist intrusion in Belgorod region of Russia was over.
70 terrorists were eliminated, while the majority of their armored vehicles destroyed by Russian forces, and the rest pushed back to Ukraine.The operation was backed up by Ukrainian artillery, and drones, plus earlier intervention in Belgorod's fixed telephony network, spreading false news, via phones. It was meant to a) draw attention away from the fall of Bakhmout/rise of Artemovsk, and b) spread panic, and confusion among the Russian population.

A group of about 20 Russian traitors (most probably all moribund) did make their video show that flooded the Western Media, and as always reached all the local media here in Cy-prrrr-ous

The whole operation was designed by Budanov the chief Ukrainian FSB , who was behind all terrorists attacks against Russia , starting from the assassination of Dugina, the blow up of the Kerch bridge, to the recent assassination of various Russian bloggers. Another moribund in the list I guess.

In the meantime Ukraine's Chief commander Zaluzhni, has disappeared from the face of the earth. Rumors say he was either killed near ex-Bakhmout, or severely wounded, and currently in hospital in critical condition. Others say he couldn't stand ZelenSKY interfering in his job anymore, by sending thousands to the meat grinder of .... Artemovsk, just for the sake of boosting ZelenSKY's PR image.

It is also suggested that Zelensky may have taken him out (killed) one way or the other, as he may have been a threat to Zelensky’s leadership as president.

Let’s not forget when Zelensky’s interior minister and few others got killed when their helicopter was shot down “accidentally” in Kyiv by Ukrainian forces!
