Yesterday's covid confirmed cases down to 1975, its slowly coming down not only in Cyprus but also in dear old England.
Im optimistically confident that mid April this year will herald the end of this horrid pandemic. By the way, my application to the Ministry of Health for an exeption to the vaccine has been turned down as they , stupid bastards, will only consider my application if I have at least one jab.
Well, Plonkers, one jab could send me to my grave prematurely. Since I do not receive any ...pension in Cyprus the state would gain no interest financially.
By the way I was flabbergasted to learn that ex ministers receive up to 12000 euros per month as well as retired judges. Well, this Cyprus.

Well your prediction has come too early but for the wrong reason. They are removing restrictions because this government is no loger being taken seriously.

Covid Deaths
Today 359
Last 7 days 1,865

Absolute lunacy.

The 7 day average of covid positivity has dipped below 2000.at around 1800. It does indeed point to a gradual reduction of confirmed covid cases at least in Cyprus. Thw world will surely be a happier place once this pandemic reaches it's Sell by Date, unless of course General Paphitis declares war on Russia and the EU

I'm still convinced that we will have reached the end of Covid restrictions by mid April as the virus will have almost disappeared. That was my prediction on January 11th this year. Many European nations have begun relaxing restrictions and Cyprus is bound to follow. I, my self, have polished my ....dancing shoes and begun practicing my ....Twist manoeuvres  I shall have completed 5 years since my arrival on Paradise Island on April 17th and what a better way to celebrate than a good ...Twist
I shall be 76 on May the 9th and still feel like a young 30 year old. Following my operation way back in September last year I have made a full recovery the stomach although less than half left is doing well. I have recovered the lost weight and Will gain a couple of kilos more in time.

Indeed we may see the removal of all restrictions by end of April but it is not on medical grounds, it is on political grounds. BoZos popularity has gone down and he is trying to attract the lunatics who never wanted any restrictions, in the meantime there will be more deaths of the elderly and the sick and of course children who are not vaccinated at all.

It we on January 11 that I made the prediction that by mid April the pandemic will be over. Well not entirely over but we have seen a gradual return to normality.. The Christians will celebrate Easter just as they did before the pandemic. Let's hope that it really will be entirely over very soon
I take this opportunity to wish all, almost all, a very happy Easter and the end of the Ukraine war.

Just because the government has stopped the announcements does not mean it is over. The hospitals are still overwhelmed.

Last week deaths were over 1100 per 7 days and still they are only counting only those who died within 28 days of a covid test. We have people die a year later and are not being counted.

Official figures show over 175,000 dead. It is not over yet old man.

What is the meaning of Happy Easter. You are celebrating the murder of Jesus? Jesus.

I partake in traditional evens such as Xmas, Easter, Christenings weddings and such. This by no means confers upon me the term " Believer" .
I also wish Muslims a happy Ramadan.
Talking about religions, all by the way are pure mythologies,
Did you know that the human body has some 37 trillion cells,
how on ....earth can all these living cells be created out of dust !! The mind boggles
