Amid an increase in far-right violence against migrants and organisations supporting people on the move in Cyprus, EU’s Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) praised Cypriot authorities for its “successful” immigration strategy. During a meeting with the Cypriot interior minister, Constantinos Ioannou, the head of Frontex’s Liaison Office for Greece and Cyprus, Grigorios Apostolou, congratulated Cyprus’ “commitment and efficiency” regarding migration management and conveyed Frontex’s readiness to “continue its support to Cyprus and strengthen cooperation for even better results”. Mr Ioannou spoke about the importance of Frontex’s presence in the region, saying: “the tightening of EU border controls by Frontex will contribute to better border surveillance along the Eastern Mediterranean route and prevent irregular arrivals.”

(believe it or not), kudos for Cyprus.

You do realise that denying access to people who claim asylum is against International Law right? So the whole of the EU has decided not to adhere to International Law. There is no such thing as irregular arrival as far as refugees are concerned. They can arrive anywhere and with no documentation. That is the Law.

...from 578 AD in Cyprus, they've lived here, the grandsons of Noah and home of the Arc.

I did not know that Armenians had played such an important role in Cyprus.

While Israel is stealing Palestinian lands from the West Bank, The issue in hand is not what Tora says, the issue is the fact that the Palestinian territory is being reduced daily which make peace even harder to achieve. In order to have peace they will have to give all the lands they have stolen since 1967 back. There is no other way to have peace. Otherwise this will continue till the collapse of colonialism in Palestine just like everywhere else in the world.
The West will get tired of supporting Israel's criminal actions.
