Ahh. I'm doing a whole-life sentence it seems.
In a job where I tended to move around every few years I've worked for a lot of Guvs, but in all that time can't really think of one you could call a control freak. At least, not that's been overly evident at my level. Too autocratic is probably as far as I could say. Although some of them rose to quite high level they didn't tend to do as well as the ones that took their people along with them. If you know what I mean. There's a fine balance and I think it takes a good soul to find the right level between the two.
