Nowhere.
The obligation seems to centre on those who were directly employed by coalition countries in Afghanistan - embassies/consular staff, those working as contractors to our forces, secret services as informants, citizens, and visa holders.
No one else is entitled - that includes, judges, police, civil servants.
However, some senior politicians and other important people may have gotten a green pass on a case by case basis.
