American energy firm pulls out of Labour's high-tax Britain - 'Uneconomic!'

AUS oil firm has blamed the impact of the windfall taxas it confirmed it will end all its operations in the North Sea by the end of the decade.

Apache, who took control of the field in Scotland in 2003, said the recent Labour Budget had made production "uneconomic."

The firm, based in Texas, suspended new all drilling activity last year in the Forties field, east of Fraserburgh.

It comes after Chancellor Rachel Reeves confirmed in the Budget that the tax on oil and gas firm profits would rise and be extended to 203

Why fuckin wait till the end of the decade, they can fuck off now.

Why should anybody have to apologies for calling this event what it was, execution.

If you want to stop somebody in a car, I can think of a 100 places you can shoot to stop him and in the forehead is not one of them.

Outrage as Sadiq Khan refuses to apologise to Chris Kaba firearms officer

Sadiq Khan has sparked outrage after he refused to apologise to the firearms officer involved in the Chris Kaba shooting, after he gave his sympathies to the dead gangster at the time.

The London Mayor was pressed for an apology during a City Hall scrutiny session today, where his former mayoral rival Susan Hall demanded he say sorry.

His background has nothing to do with it. He was unarmed at the time.

Mind you there were 24 deaths in police custody 2022/23 years. So police killings are not unusual and yet nobody ever is called to account least of all those who are in charge.

Couple of facts being discussed on the media regarding minimum wage increase and the charge of 2% insurance on employers.

Tesco claim that if they are going to pay 2% increase in Employer's National Insurance it will cost them 2 billion pounds. Thats just full of bullshit.

Tesco has 69 billion turnover. Their wage bill is 35% of turnover, If they are to pay 2% insurance then it comes to 483 million. So where does 2 billion come from?

Another individual claimed that he had 35% wage bill and he will have to charge 8% for get that money back. Utter bullshit. Of every 100 pound earned his wage bill is 35 pounds and 6% peyrise and 2 present NIN will come to 2.80 per hundred pounds. Where the fuck does 8% charge on turnover come from?

Needless to say all these values are included when calculating profit and paying tax.

What the hell does all this mean? My SwineCunt friends will not like this one bit. Don't blame me for bringing it to your attention.
The Archbishop of Canterbury has resigned, days after a damning report into a prolific child abuser associated with the Church of England

In his resignation statement, Justin Welby says the report "exposed the long-maintained conspiracy of silence about the heinous abuses of John Smyth"

He says when he was told in 2013 that police had been notified, "I believed wrongly that an appropriate resolution would follow"

Smyth was not brought to justice before his death in South Africa in 2018

So police took no action and nor did the Archbishop.

Clearly If the Archbishop took no action it can only mean two things.
1 He is incompetent
2 Somebody has power over him.
And of course why did the police do nothing about it?

Don't you just love the Royal Family? Andrew and Mountbatten. You can add Philipo to that.

I can't imagine what it would have been like to be on one of Richard Harris's week-long benders. With Richard Burton, Oliver Reed and Peter O'Toole.

From the horses mouth as it were.

Speaking on a BBC documentary this evening, Robert Jenrick made the claim that Mr Sunak argued in favour of breaking the Tories' manifesto pledge to slash net migration because it would harm inflation.
Mr Jenrick revealed: "He put forward the argument that mass migration was a good thing because undercutting British workers' wages was helping to bring down inflation."

I mean could he be more disgusting?

What a revelation a farmer gives. Apparently he only earns 30,000 a year and then he changed it to 25,000 a year. Well a quick calculation says otherwise.

Although the limit has been set at 1 million before inheritance tax, it can be pushed up to 3 million before tax. In order to pay couple of hundred thousand tax at 20 %, the farm has to be worth over 4 million pounds. A 4 million farm has potential to earn 215,000 pounds a year with costs of about 100,000 which leaves them with 100,000 profit.

In reality of you own a farm worth over 4 millions pounds and you are making a profit of 30K, it is time to sell and get out. This is yielding 0.75% yield in a year. You can earn ten times that investing anywhere else.

Ironically of course Clarkson was on the march and he said he bought the farm to avoid inheritance tax. Another protestor admitted she was renting the far. She did not even have a farm to pass down. Just goes to show the hold the corporations have on ordinary people to make them to defend them. I seem to remember a lot of farmers voted for Brexit too which was totally against their own interests. They lost cheap labour and EU subsidies. Some people never learn.
