First thing to look at should have been the Cost of Living crises and sort out the Energy scam as well as the Supermarkets scam but never mind they instead have gone for housing.

The solution here is build houses at cost plus 10% profit set by the government and sell them to first time buyers at fixed rate at of 1%.
