In many ways, the EU members are assisting the immigrant to make the channel crossings so to not needing to help or solve the migrants problems themselves. This was all predicted before Brexit.

Californian cities have thousands of homeless people, but the state and the major cities do not want to solve the homeless problem for a very good reason, because the moment they do, they will be swamped with homeless people across the country being put on a bus with a one-way ticket to California from other States and cities, therefore, nothing gets done. The same applies in the EU. The needy are allowed to pass through the EU countries unabated heading to the UK.

The UK can’t have it’s cake and eat it too. They should look on the bright side, that many immigrants will become working slaves, helping the UK economy and the bosses who will exploit them whilst working illegally, which many will never make a pension claim.

Whiles we were in Europe they could send them back to where they came from but since we left EU and the Dublin convention the Europeans are not obliged to accept them.

BTW Kicks there is no such thing as illegal migrants coming on the boats, they are refugees and till proven otherwise in their claim they are legal to come in on small boats with or without documentation.

I was careful not to call them “illegal immigrants”, and instead used the term, and paraphrasing here “immigrants arriving illegally”. Their refugee status is to be determined after their arrival.

I agree with you however, that had the UK set up controls in other countries to determine who is a refugee and who is an immigrant, things would go much smoother and even less expensive, in lives lost and treasure.

Statistically most of the people coming on small boats are Refugees from Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Afghanistan and Syria. All devastated by the Cunts in the west. Sure there are some migrants amongst them but they are a very small percentage.

This is indeed the best news I have heard for a very long time. A second right wing party so long as they hang around win no more fascists government. However it has come to late. The Labour party has been taken over by the fascists/Swine.

We live in hope that if Labour does indeed win the next election, they will dispose of the fascists for once and for all.

We live in hope.

That's having your cake and eating it.

When the Turks invaded Cyprus in 74, did the GC refugees flee to Turkey? Have the millions in Ukraine who've suffered a similar fate flooded into Russia?

In these days of social media, where the world's at your fingertips on a phone, people can see where (they believe anyway) the lands of milk and honey are. They can talk to relatives/friends/compatriots already living there. Then, think attempting the journey's a better alternative than staying put in places the like of which throw people in jail (or in the case of Mahsa Amini and Armita Geravand murder them) for not wearing the right clothes - etc.

Why would so many of them want to get, so desperately, to the UK? Apparently, according to you (umpteen times a week), it's a terrible country. Populated by Swine, governed by Fascists, with a history, culture and traditions that any civilised person would reject. It's a mystery. :?

Right now, almost 10 million people living in the UK weren't born there. That's about 8 X the population of Cyprus. 37% of them are in London. As a percentage of total polulation it's a greater number than the US.

They're not refugees - they're migrants looking for a better future.

Incidentally - and FWIW - about 6 million Syrians have been driven out of their country by Assad. Greatly assisted by his Russian tenants who saved his ass. That, on top of the 230,000 they've killed (not so much as a peep about "Genocide" in here though of course). A lot of those escaping heading for Europe. Much to Mr Putin's delight I should think.

Don't you just love the SwineCunts.

Can you loan objects back to a country when you stole them?

Apparently you can.

Come now RW Chinese work different to the SwineWest. They give as well as take where as the west just takes.

Rishi Sunak's emergency legislation to ensure the Rwanda scheme is not derailed by legal challenges goes before the Lords tomorrow.

The Rwanda Bill is set to face fierce opposition but peers have been warned against opposing the will of the democratically elected House of Commons.

The obvious question here is was the Rwanda policy on the manifesto back in 2019. I don't remember anything esle being on it other than get brexshit done.

Worth having a look.

Yes indeed here it is. Not a word about Rwanda or boat people and a mention on how he was going to apply the Australian system to reduce legal migration and low an behold it went up from around 200,000 to a one million 4 years later.

So quite how Fishy can claim that it is the will of the people is hard to explain.

Two interesting news today. First one is the fact that UK has granted political asylum to four people in Rwanda. Which is very interesting because the Lords will be looking at the Rwanda bill this week, government claiming that Rwanda is safe.

And the other news is the chairman of Royal Mail has been asked to stand down. Clearly he was not fit for the job as while he was there he did everything he could to frustrate the postmasters/postmistresses from getting justice. Under his control it would have taken decades for all 700 of them to see justice in the courts.

The other threat came from Fishy, threatening that he could abolish the lords. Of course I do agree with that so long as it is replaced by an elected body, it has the same power and is elected on proportional representation. But somehow I don't think that is what he meant. And of course the whole object of the Rwanda bill is to remove the courts from decision making regarding asylum applications.

Gandhi was correct to ask what civilisation? when asked about what he thought of the British civilisation.

Swine everywhere.

How the hell can it cost 9600+ pounds to bury a relative? Where does the money go.

How much can a wooden box cost? or even transporting the body to the cemetery and digging a hole in the ground?

We are screwed from cradle to the grave.
