How can a person who remains hopeful for peace in Cyprus after 50 years be a negative person.

Facts are facts and cannot be disputed.

Got news for some who find difficult to understand me. I am not a Turkish Cypriot just because I speak the language. I also speak Greek Cypriot. I am a Cypriot first and foremost, but I am also citizen of this earth, and citizen of this galaxy and finally a citizen of the universe in that order.

As I said. Whatever the merits - I leave that to those who know much more about the subject than I ever could - I find some of your posts on the Cyprob, it's history and current events interesting. Conversely, your daily vomiting of just about any scrap of news relating to the current UK government, or perceived historical sins of the UK (always laced with an over abundance of "Swine") boring. I read it as a sort of academic study type thing. Mainly to see what on Earth you're going to come up with next.

You don't think your posts are overwhelmingly negative? Really? :?

What a way to run the country.

Every theft must be investigated, home secretary tells police

Back in 2012 The SwineCunts cut the police force down by 20,000 to save money. They have been trying to increase the numbers in the last few years. However, despite the fact that they now have 20,000 more policemen/women clearly they are not trained to the same level as the ones they lost.

Since than, the police decided not to even attend never mind investigate any crime which had a financial value less than 200 pounds as they were very stretched. In the meantime since 2012 the crime rate has gone through the roof. So clearly the police force is not able to attend to every crime incident. But our Cruella has managed to get the police chiefs to investigate any "reasonable lines of enquiry". As if this will solve the problem. It will do nothing of the kind. But it looks as though the Swine government is offering bullshit to the Swine voters and they are doing a great job growing into mushrooms.

An individual had his car fitted with a tracker. When the car was stolen he told the police where it was parked. The police instead of going to recover it, advised the individual to go and recover it themselves. This is the level the Swine has brought the police force to. Another trick they do is once they catch somebody they get the criminal to accept responsibility for lots of other crimes so as to look as though they have solved more crimes than they actually have.

Anyway I digress.

I was discussing the interest rates yesterday with a friend. Back in the early 80s we had 17% interest rates and ow of course we have 5.25% interest rates. It may look as if it was far worse then then now. How ever if you introduce the the fact that then we only borrowed 3 times out salary and now we borrow up to 21 times our salary there is a factor of 7 to be applied. So if we want to compare the two we must multiply 5% by 7 to get a true reflection of what it would have looked like back in those times. So that would make it equivalent to 35% interest rates.

While I am at it why has this government put a stop to companies buying driving tests on bulk and charging 4 times the price to the young people?

I look for a driving test and there is not one available, but somehow these cunts can always find one at 4 times the price.

When you take into consideration the scam of energy prices, house prices, food prices and everything else, it seems the Swine have turned the economy of Swineland to one long scam from birth to death. Not that different to the mafia world really.

Don't blame me, I don't make this shit up.

On another note, is there any aid for the poorer countries. Have you heard something called aid for trade. Nobody gives anybody anything for nothing. The aid giver normally makes more money than the aid they give to the determent of the poorer countries. And then The Swine turn around and blame the poor countries for their poverty. Never mind the weapons they sell them on the never never.

This makes a very interesting read. A Russian refugee settled in UK with the refugee status, takes his family to Italy for holiday and on his return, gets picked up by the Italian police him intending to send him back to Russia because some Russian police force slapped an international arrest warrant on him and his status was not given by the Italians in the first place. Swine everywhere.

Yea gods! Maths is (yet another) subject in which you display your complete ignorance!

If the interest rate is 5.25%, it doesn't matter if you borrow 3x or 21x your salary - it is still 5.25%.

The repayments are obviously higher if you've been stupid enough to borrow 21x your salary but the rate is still 5.25%.

FFS! What a mong... :?

Thats news to me. So it seems according to the mongr..

You can by a house in Swine land 3 times your annual salary as well as 20 times. It is your choice. A little like Ye when he said Slavery back in the day was a choice. I only wish somebody told the slaves that.

Precisely! And at the same interest rate! Perhaps you aren't so thick after all!

Wow, 50% of the working people are earning less than 30,000 per year.

So where are all these houses that are less than 90,000 so these people can buy them and be able to earn enough money to pay for them. One forum member lives on Uranus.

Some very bad news for my estate agent friends. The days of making a killing are over, you may not be able to pay for your own house now. Sorry about that and all that............
