Listen to it again to see if you understand what they apologised for. Cause if it was for closing the account they would have opened it again if it was, but they did not. They apologised for not explaining to him why they did it. They offered him an account in the common folk bank. You need to pay more attention to what is going on. What about all the accounts they closed belonging to muslim people including the Uygur people, or don't they count. Is it just the fascists and the blond people that matter.
