Some very interesting facts about refugees.

1. The United Nations estimates that over 14 million people have already fled their homes in Ukraine as a result of the Russian invasion, with nearly 8 million people seeking refuge in other countries. Y

2. Around half of the world’s 26 million refugees are under the age of 18

3. 85% of the world’s refugees are accommodated in developing countries

4. The UK received 3,762 asylum applications from separated children in 2021

5. In proportion to its population, the UK ranks 14th in Europe for asylum applications

6. In 2019, 68% of the world’s refugees came from just five countries:
Syria, Venezuela, Afghanistan, South Sudan and Myanmar

7. 45% of separated children applying for asylum in the UK in the year up to June 2020 were from Iran, Vietnam and Afghanistan

9. There were 676,300 first-time asylum applications in the EU in 2019, with Germany and France receiving the most

10. Of the age disputes raised by the Home Office in 2019, over half were found to be less than 18 years old

11. The number of refugees globally has steadily increased since 2012 but within Europe, the number of asylum-seeker applications has significantly decreased from 1.3m in 2016 to 676,300 in 2019

12. In the last decade 400,000 unaccompanied and separated children have lodged asylum applications throughout the world

13. The number of separated children internationally has decreased since 2015 with numbers in Europe following a similar pattern, dropping from 95,205 to 17,890 in 2019

14. The grant rate for asylum or other forms of leave for separated children in 2019 was 79%

15. In 2020, worldwide, 21,000 children applied for asylum having arrived in the country of refuge alone, with no parent or guardian.

16. An inspection of the Asylum Intake Unit in Kent in September concluded that there are significant concerns that the Home Office is not complying with its duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of separated children

The facts above are taken from a 2020 internal report, which we commissioned to educate our strategy, and recent updates on www.gov.uk

This old boy does not mince his words does he?

The chief executive of Ryanair has claimed Britain will be forced to rejoin the European Union’s single market by a generation of pro-Europeans as Brexiteers die out.

What a situation to be in.

Migration bill: Home secretary set to win powers to ignore European court

As part of the amendment, Home Secretary Suella Braverman is expected to gain the power, in certain circumstances, to ignore interim injunctions from the court, known as Rule 39 orders, that halt deportation flights.

Cruella determined that this has more than 50% chance of breaking international law? I suppose 100% also is included in that statement. Perhaps a lesson on probability calculation is in order here. But than again it would be wasted as she has shit for brains like the Swine everywhere.

But this is incredible.
Rebel Tory MPs say they have also agreed with ministers that British judges will only be able to halt deportations where there is a risk of serious and irreversible harm.

So if a person is in a risk of reversible harm they will be deported. The Swine are not just sick, they have gone tonto. Send in the men with white coats ffs.

Every day that passes the stench of Swine grows.

A word of advice to our resident Swine, taking posts from here and posting them in the Ukraine thread is bad form.

Grow up. You own what you post. Do you think playing Jekyll on one thread and Hyde on another will go unnoticed?

Yes, I'm a Swine from a country of 70 million you've often referred to as Swineland. And - no - it hasn't always been about the Conservative party.

Next time you talk piously about racism you might want to bear that in mind.

Sinking in yet?

As always, the solution to all these distressing problems you've suffered from is simple and right in front of your eyes.

Come home.

I see the Swine always deflect criticism and pretend the whole country is being criticised. Typical fascist maneuver.

Especially when the Swine concerned is a boring old fart of a swine.

Get a life maaaaaaeeeeeeen

That's the sort of stunning, intellectual response I've long come to expect from you.

I think you'll find it's "manoeuvre" and "man". How long have you been in the UK? 50 years? And you can't put together a coherent sentence? Just as well you don't need literacy in the (socialist) buy-to-let world I guess. :eyecrazy:

Finally the SwineRab has resigned. And of course he believes he is the victim in all this, in the meantime people were allowed to be controlled by the Swine.

What a way to run any organisation never mind the government.

Swines all over

I guess this is the route to becoming party leader. It worked for BoZo. Mind you he did not resign, he was fired.

If this was private sector or a civil servant, he would be out of the job. He has no place in parliament of all places.
