Actually, there are times even here in Paradise when you have to be lucky. Some days, apart from the odd box of Quails, the egg cooler cupboards are empty. Others there are 2 units full of them. It all started when there was a scare about an outbreak of Avian flu in the Famagusta area that led to some panic buying. Which is odd, as you can’t really stockpile eggs.
