1974

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

1974

Postby Lordo » Sat Jun 05, 2021 3:56 pm

It seems there are idiots to this day who are in total denial. Lets see if we can enlighten them. And I do this knowing full well that you can take the donkey to water but you cannot make the beast drink.

So what was 19745 all about. What were they going to do once Big Mak was out of the way and Terggy decided to intervene at the request of makarios of course.

Fire away. Tell me.

I would like to know what Sampson and his backer's plans were?

...while the coup was successful in removing Makarios from his seat, it failed because Cypriots, Greek Cypriots, did not support their aims, overwhelmingly withholding their participation they stayed home silent instead.

...frankly there is no point in considering the "Greeks'" position; or best perhaps is to compare their aims to "Turkishness"; both the bane of Cypriots, their victims in this "proxy war": are "they" no different and the same?

...like 1963, 1974, is a symptom, an indication of something bigger, call it the Problem; defining more clearly Freedom, and, Liberty. A solution in Cyprus, because it is small by population, gives Hope. And it gives Turkey with its own Problem, something to emulate; Cyprus for Cypriots, and within it National Assemblies at another level of Government, as Persons: a BBF. It provides Hope to the entire region, given how it is torn apart too, and in affect, with the same Problem.

...you like the word "swine", Lordo, it seems. I suggest to you that you should be more careful using it.

Swine is swine, and dirty porc is dirty, Halal or not.

...Sampson may represent "Greeks", "Greeks" are swine. But not being one of "them" (a "Greek"), in this world is not enough; you more than most, i imagine, understands this.

Yes, I am telling you Cyprus was framed.

It was set up with mechanisms to create conflict and to fail as a state from 1960.

Your community were just used as pawns by greater outside powers, as a means to this end.

Now, your community is heading towards extinction.

Stop living in denial. Your community did wicked things to the people of Cyprus.

Funny that, if TCs did not object you would have been a fukin province of Greece back in 1963. And do they get any thanks? They get threatened with annihilation.

In order to solve a problem you need to understand it. You have not even understood the problem never mind solve it.

No back to 1974.

Do you know who was Charalambos Chios and what did he do in 1974?

Lets here.
