Countries are evaluated by your Australian think tank over 36 weeks after the first 100 cases. That’s 252 days after last April. Pretty up to date I’d say!
Bravo Cyprus and NZ!
The Australian think tank isn’t thinking. We have 28,000 cases of Covid out of a population of 26 million.
Cyprus has 31,000 cases out of a population of 900,000. That’s 30 times more than Australia.
We would need 950,000 cases of Covid to be at your level.
Plus we have no community cases. Well actually we had 1 case today. A security guard that works in the quarantine hotels.
Who came in close contact with 66 people who have been quarantined now. That’s the level of preparedness they have. Contact tracing is second to none.
