...this year will be as bad as the last; such as it is with this COVID thing.

On the other hand, given that this time of isolation is allowing for reflection, and reevaluation, one can expect a boom, once this pandemic is defeated, as great, or greater, too.

If he is recognised as a Great Leader, we are truly stuffed...

If not this year next where Erdogan is a Hero to much International esteem.

Cyprus Free, and a new Constitution modeled after Cyprus' own. The Prime Minister of Greece, Anastasiades and Erdogan, hug and kiss with their Agreement, beyond the Treaty of Lausanne, propelling the world into the 21st Century.

...that makes for a good Centennial, them shaking hands; i think.

I’m waiting to see if Erdogan falls this year. Then a war starts after Turkey closes the straits. Turkey is nuked. Then Cyprus liberated.

I have it on good authority that this is all gonna happen.

So no trips for me to Cyprus. What’s the half life of plutonium again?

I predict you will continue to be an embarrassment to yourself with your posts here through out 2021 and still remain unable to see that.

Isn’t it interesting how half the worlds population will tell the other half they are crazy, brain dead, or fascist for not voting in accordance with the narratives accepted ways as portrayed by big tech and big corporate media.

Can the same people actually define the true meaning of liberal values and democracy?

And the other half, you know, the brain dead fascist ones, are just the normal liberal conservatives, probably Christian and charitable and actually accept pro live values such as the life of a baby in late term which has a fully formed body and heart beat.

The murdered and baby killers calling the rest crazy and fascist. It’s a strange world and we are in strange times.

And now they are fully supporting the censorship of these “crazy fascist ones”. Who would have thought?

Paphitis the 'brain dead' ones are the people who divide the world up in to two polar opposite camps , with nothing in-between, and think that such exists as actual underlying reality. It's not reality ,its a shortcut a simplification. Such simplifications can lead to understanding, in the study of mechanical system and so on. But never if the person making the simplification does not realise that is all it is and starts believing the simplification IS actual reality.

I’m not expecting any silver linings this year and I don’t believe the vaccine will work either.

I also believe other things will hit humanity as well.

Big events. I got a feeling electricity is going to become an extremely valuable commodity. I’m thinking this will be the year of the state sponsored hackers.

A major war will take place but not the kind of war we are familiar with involving conventional armies.

But the American War Machine will also suddenly become as active as before Trump. The arms industry needs it. I think something will occur with Iran.

America now needs a war otherwise it potentially faces civil war. Only a war can unite Americans and feed the arms industry Trump neglected for 4 years.

There are some scores to settle which will upset the Russians as well. Syria, Yemen and Libya perhaps?

Welcome back to fascism 101 people.

Biden has no choice but to start some war or he will face an internal war against him. America isn’t in a good place and the only solution to these big problems is to shift the attention to something else.

Biden as a man has always been successful at getting consensus. He is also well liked by other world Leaders because of the values he represents. Indeed, Sanders will be holding his feet to the fire, now that he leads in the Senate. It will be a very different Congress focused on the issues which were denied debate. And he is a conservative person, actually.

If there is rebellion as you suggest, with America divided, it will indeed promote, among that class of elites Trump like, their own notions to plundering, and world-wide chaos, also at the expense of Universal Principals, and the rest of "us".

...you may be happy with the things the way they are Paphitis, to put it to a point, because you are not Brown, Yellow, Red, Black, (Gay, Sick, living with filth and pollution, or now Homeless); it is awfully convenient for you if this issue (among others,) continue to be swept under the rug, like it has been for so long, by the "good ol' boys" who have been so successful at it up till now.

(...think what it's like for Cypriots, with "Greeks" and "Turks" representing about half the voting public; mindlessness to be supporting one or the other, they are in affect no different.)

It's a class war, if it is another war for Independence, for American values, if those feeling oppression want to win in a "trial by combat". And if "Republicans", those for sedition and a murderous rebellion don't get that, if they come out to fight fellow Americans as "Democrats" (for people like Trump), they are "the Deplorables", and manipulated stooges, who will loose their own Liberty, beside damaging our Freedom.

As opposed to each other, fighting real enemies lest we forget is what will better the Human condition; disease at the moment is a big one, so too our own Ignorance (read: fear), real killers (existentially speaking).

...to survive, we adapt, and through reason we may embrace change; resistance, against what is natural, can only provide equal resistance (or worse) as a consequence to such forces; something to think about.
