Cyprus Health Insurance for MEU1

Does anybody know of a good 'Health Insurer' who can supply a competitive quote for health Plan suitable for applying for MEU1 yellow slip. So far insurance quotes all look similar but the EXCESS on the policy is very high. €1500 excess for age 70 and €2000 excess for age 75. Is it possible to obtain quotes with small excess on policy ?
